The Wellness & Rehabilitation Staff is comprised of many of our licenced veterinary technicians and veterinary assistants. They are dedicated to bringing compassionate and professional care to your pets.
Whether it be to help ease your senior pet's days with arthritis rehabilitation, establishing a chemotherapy protocol, or arranging timed breedings, they expect only the best from themselves and each other. Your companions will be in good hands!

Autumn is a member of Dr. Keene's reproduction team and is well-versed on the procedures of preparing semen samples for freezing, fresh chill, or artificial insemination, as well as the ins and outs of timing breeding with progesterone and LH testing.
Bobbie was one of the first staff members to start training to offer rehabilitation in our practice. She has many hours of continuing education and hands-on practice in rehabilitating dogs after surgery for fractures, cruciate repair and other procedures.
She also provides weight loss and nutritional counseling.

Marisa provides weight loss, nutrition and exercise programs and counseling to help our pets become fit and lead a longer, healther life. She has many hours of continuing education in pet nutrition and is the key person developing the survey of favorite walks/hikes in the area.
Jessie is a part of our chemotherapy/oncology team. She has attended continuing education programs on multiple subjects including controlled drugs, advanced nursing and critical care, advanced small animal anesthesia and oncology. She has most recently gone to the 2011 AVMA conference to further gain knowledge on anesthesia, oncology and general nursing care.
For her, the most rewarding part of her job is when she gets to help nurse an animal back to health, whether she is monitoring a critical surgery, sitting with and monitoring an animal in ICU, or giving chemotherapy to our oncology patients. She has the opportunity to get to know and care about the dogs and cats that stay at Veazie Veterinary Clinic.
Ashley is a member of both our reproduction and chemotherapy/oncology teams. Her areas of special interest at Veazie Vet are the reproduction & chemotherapy programs, laboratory techniques and dental health. Her favorite parts of her job are: knowing that we are making animals’ lives better. She adds that nothing is better than helping deliver and stabilizing a litter of puppies!
